SILVI'S KITCHEN (2006-Current)

When we got the opportunity to open a full service restaurant in Denver we thought "okay, after making the best bread in Colorado lets bring the best pizza!". Together with inspired dishes from our homeland Israel we launched Silvi's Kitchen which unsurprisingly won the Best Pizza in Denver!

UDI'S GLUTEN FREE, UDI'S GRANOLA (2007-2012)

It took us 5 years to take a brilliant recipe and make it the largest Gluten Free company in the World. I was part of a team who worked days and nights to lead this Gluten Free revolution. Once we sold the company for 120 million dollars (with the name Udi's), I decided to stay with the Baron family and their local businesses and to dream again.

UDI'S FOOD (2000-2014)

15 years ago I moved to Colorado from Tel Aviv, Israel. I obtained a degree in web and graphic design at the art institute of Colorado. Fortunately I discovered that I have a family branch in Denver and they offered me to join their team. Back then there were only the catering company named 'Udi the Sandwichman' and a small bakery named 'Yonzo'. The rest is history.
